CAR PROS KIA: ROAD TO THE CUP SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Car Pros Kia: Road to the Cup Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored by Car Pros Automotive Group and participating dealerships including Car Pros Kia Glendale, Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach, and Car Pros Kia Moreno Valley ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
Promotion is open only to legal residents of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and household members) of Sponsor and its affiliated entities are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on July 15, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Multiple drawings will be conducted throughout the Promotion Period in connection with specific match ticket giveaways. Drawing dates, prize details, and deadlines may be updated from time to time and will be posted on the Promotion website.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter through any of the following methods:
• Scan a promotional QR code displayed at participating Car Pros Kia locations and complete the online registration form.
• Complete the online entry form available at bit.ly/CarProsKiaRoadToTheCup.
• Follow instructions provided through participating social media promotions and complete the required registration process.
Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing unless otherwise specified.
Additional bonus entry opportunities may be offered throughout the Promotion Period and will be disclosed in applicable promotional materials.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries.
5. PRIZES
Prizes may include:
• Tickets to select international soccer matches played in Los Angeles.
• Officially licensed merchandise.
• Replica match balls.
• Jerseys.
• Additional promotional prizes announced by Sponsor.
Specific prize details, quantities, drawing dates, and approximate retail values ("ARV") will be disclosed in applicable promotional materials and on the Promotion website.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
6. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received prior to each applicable drawing deadline.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided during registration, including email, telephone, SMS text message, or a combination thereof.
7. WINNER VERIFICATION
Potential winners may be required to complete an eligibility verification process before a prize is awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right to require documentation including, but not limited to:
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Proof of California residency
• A signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where permitted by law
• Tax documentation required by applicable law
Potential winners must respond and complete any requested verification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
If a potential winner:
• Cannot be contacted,
• Fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours,
• Fails to provide requested documentation,
• Fails to satisfy eligibility requirements,
• Declines the prize, or
• Is otherwise unable to accept the prize,
Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to continue selecting alternate winners until the prize is accepted.
8. TICKET TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS
Certain ticket prizes may require winners to establish and maintain one or more accounts with the ticket issuer and/or event organizer in order to receive, manage, or access transferred tickets.
Without limitation, winners may be required to:
• Create and maintain a valid ticketing account;
• Create and maintain a valid FIFA ID or successor account required by the event organizer;
• Download and utilize the official event ticketing application;
• Complete identity verification procedures;
• Accept ticket transfers within required timeframes; and
• Comply with all ticket issuer and event organizer policies.
Winners are solely responsible for completing all account registration, verification, acceptance, and ticket management requirements.
Failure to complete any required transfer, account setup, verification, or acceptance process may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, account setup difficulties, transfer delays, application requirements, ticket issuer policies, or a winner's inability to successfully complete the ticket acceptance process.
9. PRIZE CONDITIONS
Tickets:
• Have no cash value.
• May not be redeemed for cash.
• May not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Are intended for personal use only.
Prizes do not include:
• Transportation
• Parking
• Lodging
• Food or beverages
• Merchandise not specifically awarded
• Any other incidental expenses
All costs and expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting forms, including IRS Form 1099-MISC or successor forms, based upon the fair market value of prizes awarded.
Winners agree to provide any information reasonably required by Sponsor to comply with applicable tax reporting obligations.
11. RESALE PROHIBITION
Ticket prizes are intended for personal use only.
Sponsor discourages the resale, auction, barter, or commercial transfer of any prize awarded through this Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent activity or who attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Promotion.
12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and other identifying information for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliated dealerships, employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries.
• Technical failures or website interruptions.
• Telephone, internet, mobile carrier, or network failures.
• Ticket issuer changes, restrictions, or transfer requirements.
• Event postponement, cancellation, relocation, or rescheduling.
• Any inability of a winner to attend an event.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
15. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy and may be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional communications.
By entering, participants consent to receive communications from Sponsor. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
